The Lutyens Trust America is a community of members brought together by a common interest in the design work of Sir Edwin Lutyens OM, KCIE, PRA (1869-1944). We collaborate and cooperate with our parallel organization in the U.K.
We are constantly seeking new ways to promote understanding and appreciation of Lutyens’s architecture, landscape, and design work. Our events have included visits to private houses not open to the public, academic lectures. and Lutyens-themed social events. We also support projects and programs researching and increasing the knowledge-base about Lutyens and his associates. With over 800 widely ranging projects to his credit, Lutyens appeals to a diverse and interesting group of people.
